Peter Afouxenides, the bully who beat one of our protesters after our October No Kings protest, has a court appointment Tuesday morning. We need to be there to show that our community supports Jeffrey S. Smith!

You don’t have to RSVP to join us us! This is just to give us an idea of how many.

We will sit together in court March 24 to support Jeffrey who was attacked by Peter Afouxenides after our October 18th No Kings protest at the Hyannis Airport Rotary. We are going to provide bright green ribbons to identify us as Jeffrey’s community.

Afouxenides court next court appearance will be March 24, in Barnstable District Court, scheduled for 9am. We will meet about 10 minutes before and pass out green ribbons to wear in support – go through metal detector and it’s the courtroom on the left side of the lobby. You may want to bring a book or magazine in case we have to wait.

Jeffrey has told us repeatedly that with our support he will fight this, and will not allow this bully to get away this crime.

On January 22 we had 25 people supporting Jeffrey in court and it really makes a difference. It helps Jeffrey and sends a clear message to the thug who attacked him, that this community wants justice.

This is the location – it’s District Court not Superior. It seems many don’t know we have two courthouses. Hope this helps:
