UPDATE 12/02: There were 15 of us all together including Jeffery and his wife, in court today. It makes a difference. It lets the perp and his lawyer know that Jeff has family and community support. It also shows the prosecutors the same. The attacker was arraigned and we met afterwards w/reps from DA’s office. We need to keep showing up!

Peter Afouxenides, the bully who beat one of our protesters after our October No Kings protest, has a court appointment Tuesday morning. We need to be there to show that our community supports Jeffrey S. Smith!

We will sit together in court Dec 2nd to support Jeffrey who was attacked by Peter Afouxenides after our October 18th No Kings protest at the Hyannis Airport Rotary. WEAR ANY SHADE OF GREEN if you have it.

Afouxenides next court appearance is Dec 2nd in Barnstable District Court, scheduled for 9am- go through metal detector and it’s the courtroom on the left side of the lobby. You may want to bring a book or magazine in case we have to wait.

The storm predicted for Dec 2nd will be just rain here on the Cape, nothing serious!

This is not a trial, just an appearance so it will not take long.
