About this event

We need your input again and want to update you on many issues swirling around right now. Let’s get the facts out there and we will listen to your ideas and concerns.

It will be a debrief on past events, updates on planned events, current issues, actions and discussions about moving forward. So many issues to discuss – court case, ICE, protests, actions, primaries, fundraising ideas etc. We may form some committees for those interested. Don’t worry if you aren’t ready to be that involved, just show up and listen and share your thoughts, concerns and ideas.

This meeting is a little earlier than our previous evening meetings because we’ve heard from many of you that you don’t like traveling later at night this time of year. Because of the timing, we invite you to bring a brown bag dinner- we will have the option for you to sit at tables. As always, we will provide snacks, water and soda water.

We need your help and input as we move forward.

Our democracy is in peril more than ever; we cannot back down.

We all agree that participating in activities and spending time with like-minded people is as important as the advocacy we accomplish. We need those of you who show up to meetings and activities. We appreciate you all. You play an important role just by being there and taking part. We welcome your input.

What we do is so important, this community we are building is critical. We cannot stop now.

As always there will be snacks and water and soda water!! (And chocolate!)

This a local *Indivisible event!

These events are open to people who share our progressive ideals and not agitators looking to disrupt or debate – we have important work to focus on and will have anyone who attends with intentions to disrupt, removed.

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
