The Barnstable Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) proposal is at a critical stage. The Town Council will decide next Thursday whether or not to send it to the Planning Board for a public hearing and we need Barnstable residents to speak up in support of ADUs and the urgency of the housing crisis.

We need you send/email to letters of support! The Housing Court is a layer of protection for women who rent. MA has adopted the key provisions of the federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and parts are related to issues with landlords. Housing Courts are where women can enforce these protections. There are NO Housing Courts on Cape Cod.
