Wed May 5th: Watch court proceedings arguing for the Equal Rights Amendment at 2pm today

Wednesday, May 5th, a case before the Massachusetts 1st Court of Appeals has the potential to continue or kill the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) – you can watch the presentation of these oral arguments live.
Ask young adults about the ERA and many aren’t sure what it is. That is a problem. There are many arguments that this Constitutional Amendment is still viable, and if passed, would change the landscape for women in this country. We must revive the discussion and speak out in favor of passing the ERA!
