November’s Ballot Question #3 is putting transgender equality at risk in Massachusetts.

Question #3 seeks to overturn a law passed by our legislature and signed into law by the Governor in 2016.  A “YES” vote will keep this law in place. But there are so many rumors and all kinds of misinformation out there.
